Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote – Worldwide)
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 USD yearly (≈ $7,000 – $8,300 per month)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support leadership team meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of executive administrative experience; minimum 3 years supporting C-suite or CEO.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
High level of discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours if needed.
